Me.jpgWelcome to my website! My name is Jeanne Simpson, and I have been an educator for the past twenty years. I have taught middle and high school math in public and private schools. I am now in my fourth year as AMSTI Math Specialist. My first year was in 2002-2003, and I returned to UAH in 2007. I am very excited about this adventure!

I became a National Board Certified Teacher in 2005 in the area of Early Adolescent Mathematics.

I recently completed my master's degree in Integrating Classroom Technology from Walden University.

My FamilyMy_Family.JPG

I have three children, ages 19, 14, and 8; my husband is a Lt. Colonel in the United States Army Reserve.

I love to read and play the piano. I used to enjoy scrapbooking before my third child came along, but now I don't have time!
